What is BantayBigas?

BantayBigas is a practical system for Sales/POS, Inventory, Stock In, Utang Tracking, Reports & Export, and team access in Philippine rice stores.

Is this only for bigasan?

BantayBigas is designed around rice-store workflows, including kilograms, sacks, stock-in, Cash, GCash, and Credit / Utang.

Can my cashier and inventory staff use it?

Yes. Owner/Admin, Cashier, and Inventory Staff roles have access to the screens each role needs in the current MVP.

How does Utang tracking work?

A Credit / Utang sale requires a customer. The sale creates a receivable, and full or partial payments can be recorded later without changing the original sale.

Is it BIR-accredited or accounting software?

No. BantayBigas does not claim BIR accreditation, official invoicing, tax, accounting, or compliance functionality.

Do I need my own domain?

No. The default private app URL is planned as storename.bantaybigas.ph. A client-owned custom domain is optional and assessed separately.

What happens during onboarding?

During guided onboarding, we review products, opening stock, suppliers, staff, customers, and existing Utang so the initial setup reflects the records your store needs.

Is there a free trial?

There is no automated trial. The first step is qualification and a guided demo; any trial or onboarding is approved after review.

Can I request an annual plan?

Yes. BantayBigas is offered monthly by default. Annual plans are available by request and are subject to a custom quotation with its own payment, cancellation, and refund terms.

Can I request custom features?

Yes. Hardware, barcode, custom reports, integrations, branches, accounting/BIR-related requirements, and bespoke workflows need a separate assessment and quotation.
